The retail property located on 1.1 acres at 7645 Poplar Ave. in Germantown, TN sold for $1.5 million, or about $184 per square foot.
Tempus II Partnership sold the retail property, which contained two buildings on the lot, to VZN I LLC. The new owners had not yet reported a proposed use for the property. It is currently home to Germantown Liquor & Wines.
Attorney David Porteous with Evan & Petree PC assisted in closing the sale. No brokers were involved in the deal.
