Gaughan Cos. has struck an agreement to become part of the Corfac International business referral alliance as its affiliate in the Twin Cities. The company's commercial brokerage and property management operations will now operate as Gaughan Cos./Corfac International.
Gaughan Cos./Corfac International becomes the 11th midwestern
commercial real estate services firm to join Corfac, filling a geographic void for the organization.
Corfac has locations in 63 North American cities. Founded in 1989, U.S.-based Corfac is comprised of privately held entrepreneurial firms and covers more than 150 markets worldwide.
