Gatling Selected to Oversee CBRE Retail Capital Markets Practice in North Florida

January 24, 2018
Bobby Gatling, first vice president with CBRE's industrial real estate group, has been appointed to lead the firm's retail investments sales practice for CBRE Capital Markets' North Florida region.

Gatling will succeed Cliff Taylor in the role, following the latter’s transition to the Capital Markets' multifamily team.

"CBRE’s Capital Markets platform is ranked top in the nation because it leverages its deep and expanding pool of local relationships," said Tripp Gulliford, senior managing director at CBRE in Jacksonville. "We are very excited to introduce Bobby as our market leader for retail investment sales in North Florida and to connect him with some of our highest performing retail professionals in the state."

Gatling is a Jacksonville native and joined CBRE in 2014. He began his career in 2005 at the former Newmark Grubb Knight Frank as a commercial real estate broker. Throughout his career, Gatlin has represented numerous clients including Gramercy Property Trust, TPG, Vertiv, Kraft-Heinz, Exeter Property Group and more, having completed more than 9 million square feet in sales and lease transactions with an approximate value of over $300 million.
