Faucet manufacturer, GROHE America, Inc., signed a ten-year lease for 15,219 square feet in the office building at 160 Fifth Ave. in Chelsea.
The ten-story building totals 158,300 square feet, and became LEED Certified in February 2010. GROHE will occupy the entire fourth floor. Prophet Brand Strategy also occupies space in the building.
