Furniture Mart leased 40,000 square feet of
retail space in S.L. Nusbaum Realty's Regency Hilltop Shopping Center in Virginia Beach, VA.
The value furniture retailer will relocate from Lynnhaven Mall in Virginia Beach. Michael D. Gurley, senior vice president for S.L. Nusbaum, represented the landlord.
Based in Norfolk and with an office in Richmond, S.L. Nusbaum is one of the largest
commercial real estate firms in Virginia and currently manages over 5.3 million square feet of retail space, over 19,000 apartment units and 2 million square feet of office and industrial properties.
