Friedman Real Estate Taps Landa for Multifamily Deals

New Director of Acquisitions to Serve Near Detroit
September 7, 2018
Friedman Real Estate has tapped Tony Landa to serve as a director of acquisitions where he will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting and closing multifamily real estate transactions and help develop new fee-managed business.

Landa most recently served as an interim consultant at Bloomfield Capital. Previously, he was an executive vice president at Lutz Real Estate Investments, and, prior to that, he spent several years at Prudential Real Estate Investors where he worked in asset management, acquisitions and joint venture development.

“With his vast understanding of commercial and multifamily real estate combined with the relationships he has developed over the years, Tony will be a great addition to our team,” said David Friedman, president and chief executive officer of the Farmington Hills-based firm, in a statement announcing the new hire.

Landa earned his bachelor’s degree at Hillsdale College and his master’s degree at Wayne State University.
