Caley Ridge Assisted Living Community at 9350 E. Caley Ave. in Englewood, CO is a three-story, 100-unit assisted living facility with 80 studio apartments and 20 one-bedroom units with a capacity for 106 residents. The property was approximately 97% occupied at the time of sale.
The Mansion at Waterford at 6110 N. Pennsylvania Ave. in Oklahoma City, OK is a three-story assisted living and memory care facility with 102 assisted living units and 19 memory care units. The property was approximately 91% occupied at the time of sale.
Pheasant Ridge Retirement Residence at 4355 Pheasant Ridge Rd. in Roanoke, VA is a three-story, 93-unit assisted living and memory care facility with 54 studio apartments, 209 one-bedroom and 10 two-bedroom units. The property was approximately 86% occupied at the time of sale.
Eagle Lake Village at 2001 Paul Bunyan Rd. in Susanville, CA is a one-story assisted living and memory care facility with 50 assisted living units and 16 memory care units. The assisted living contains 25 studios, 24 one-bedroom and 2 two-bedroom units. The property was approximately 86.4% occupied at the time of sale.
The seller is a pension fund that was looking to redeploy capital with the sale. The buyer wanted to add to its existing portfolio.
