February 5, 2013
Forum Energy Technologies Inc. (NYSE: FET), a product manufacturer for the energy industry, signed for 108,639 square feet at Sam Houston Crossing Two, Duke Realty Corp.’s new spec office building in Houston. The company plans to consolidate its Drilling and Subsea groups from four buildings and occupy two floors at the new property beginning in July of this year.

Duke Realty started development of Crossing Two last summer and the 159,056-square-foot property is set to deliver this May. The project is on Sam Houston Park Drive in the northwest submarket between Highway 290 and Highway 249 on the Sam Houston Tollway. The building will be 68 percent occupied when Forum Energy moves in.

Steve Hesse and Jeff Cairns with CBRE represented Forum, while Cory Driskill represented Duke Realty internally.
