Fort Family Investments Breaks Ground on Apartment Complex
$26.5 Million Hacienda Club Project Begins

Fort Family Investments broke ground on the Hacienda Club, a 300-unit apartment complex in Jacksonville, FL.
The complex at 8685 Baymeadows Rd. East is a $26.5 million project will feature Mediterranean-style design and will consist of one-, two- and three bedroom apartments. Construction is planned to be completed by spring 2013.
The general contractor for the project is Favergray and the property will be managed by Perimeter Realty.
