WAC Lighting Company sold its former headquarters at 615 South St. in Garden City, NY to Arrow Linen and Supply Company for $5.225 million or about $72.50 per square-foot. The sellers vacated the building when they moved to their new location in Port Washington.
The 72,069-square-foot industrial building on 3.2 acres was originally constructed in 1975. It is located in the Central Nassau County Industrial submarket of Long Island. The buyer will expand operations when it takes occupancy of the facility.
Tom Tsiolis of Colliers International LI, Inc. represented the seller. Frank Posillico of Alliance Real Estate Corporation represented the buyer in the deal.
