Ashby Hackney Acquires Retail Bldg. on Green Road
Ashby Hackney acquired a former Target building at 4700 Green Road in Raleigh, NC, from Target Corp. for $3.85 million or $32 per square foot.
The single-story, 119,258-square-foot retail building was built in 1994 and is in the Route 1 submarket.
The CBRE team of Suzanne Washburn and Wood Belcher represented Target along with Deborah Currier of Currier Properties. Hackney was self-represented.
