Avaya Communications sold 1200 W. 120th Ave. in Westminster, CO, to IBC Holdings and Long Wharf Partners LLC. The sale price was undisclosed.
The 1.19 million-square-foot industrial campus was delivered in 1970 in the North Denver Industrial submarket. The property includes 20 docks and six drive-ins.
IBC plans to reposition the campus for bulk warehouse, light industrial and
office space users. It will demolish approximately 400,000 square feet and have 40 acres for future expansion.
