DLG Shamrock LLC has purchased the 17,280-square-foot flex building at 4854 N. Shamrock Pl. in Tucson, AZ. The building sold for $1.025 million, or approximately $59 per square foot, from Shamrock LLC.
The building was constructed in 2002, and situated in the NW Tucson / Oro Valley Industrial submarket. It features 14,000 square feet of
office space with the balance industrial showroom.
Tony Reed of Long Realty represented the seller, Kathleen Spacone. Ed Henne and Gordon Yarrington, also of Long Realty, represented the buyer.
