Flagler Real Estate Services has hired Scott Bell as a vice president and Phil Marchese (pictured, right) as director of leasing, expanding its Central Florida leasing team. The duo has been tasked with leasing of Flagler's regional portfolio, which includes SouthPark Center in Orlando, Maitland Promenade II and the Reserve at Maitland.
Bell's 30 years of commercial real estate
experience has seen a transaction volume that exceeds $850 million in the Florida market, having worked with major companies including AT&T, BNY Mellon, JP Morgan Chase, PNC Bank and United Health Care Group. In addition he managed relationships with top firms including TIAA/CREF, Prudential Real Estate Investors and Goldman Sachs.
Bell most recently worked at Jones Lang LaSalle Brokerage, serving as managing director, and before that he held positions at CBRE, Lincoln Property Company, and Carter. He is a past president for the Central Florida chapter of NAIOP and the University of Central Florida Alumni Association.

Marchese brings nearly 10 years of real estate experience, having served as an office broker with Morrison Commercial Real Estate. He currently serves as a director on NAIOP Central Florida's board and is a past president of its developing leaders program.
Both Bell and Marchese hold bachelor's degrees from the University of Central Florida.
