Five Guys Enterprises LLC, the chain restaurant operator, signed a long-term lease for about 39,000 square feet at 10718 Richmond Highway in Lorton, VA.
The future four-story
office building totals 40,000 square feet in the Gunston Commerce Center in Fairfax County. The project broke ground this month and is scheduled to deliver next October. The property will include balconies with river views and two elevators.
The lease includes almost the entire building and should include a future on-site restaurant when completed.
Traci Morris-Cole of Mid-Atlantic Acquisitions LLC represented the landlord, I-95 Business Parks, while no tenant representative was involved.
