Fisher Brothers Proposes 126,000-SF Retail and Entertainment Development in Las Vegas

Meow Wolf Joins Tenant Roster to Anchor AREA15
February 6, 2018
NY-based Fisher Brothers and Beneville Studios confirmed plans to construct a 126,000-square-foot retail and entertainment complex at the corner of Sirius Ave. and Rancho Dr. in Las Vegas, NV.

The development, named AREA15, will be the first-of-its-kind interactive entertainment, retail, dining and nightlife complex, which is expected to open by the third quarter of 2019, according to a release from Fisher Brothers. Meow Wolf, a multi-media production company based in Santa Fe, NM, has already signed a 70,000-square-foot lease to anchor AREA15.

"AREA15 is a radical re-imagining of retail," said Winston Fisher, principal of Fisher Brothers. "It will be a 21st century immersive bazaar and an entirely new concept in retail and entertainment.”

The complex will have a 10,000-square-foot food hall, a 10,000-square foot event hall, a 3,000 capacity outdoor venue and a 30,000-square-foot centerpiece for art installations.

“AREA15 understands the current cultural shift into new dimensions of experience, whether that's in telling a story, entertainment, dining or retail," said Vince Kadlubek, chief executive officer of Meow Wolf.
