Fellowship Church Makes Carroll St. Warehouse Purchase

Group Sells 51,000-SF Facility for $5.3 Million
November 13, 2007
The Fellowship Church, led by Ed Young, bought 51,000 square feet of warehouse space from Vintage Capital Partners for $5.3 million, or about $104 per square foot. The purchase was $600,000 less than the asking price. In addition to the 51,000 square feet of building space, the church also bought a 4.2-acre land parcel.

The warehouse building at 508 Carroll St. in Fort Worth will be turned into the Fellowship Church's worship facility. The two-story building was built in 1970. It has one drive-in bay, one external loading dock and has a 16-foot clear height.

George Duncan and Ryan Matthews of The Staubach Co. represented the buyer. Michael Ball of Michael Ball Real Estate represented the seller.
