Feeding South Florida Renews 72,000-SF Lease in Seneca Industrial Park

Hunger-Relief Organization Renews Lease

Feeding South Florida, a domestic hunger-relief organization in South Florida, has renewed its lease for 72,199 square feet at 2501 SW 32nd Ter. in Pembroke Park, FL.

The single-story, industrial building was built in 1999 on 7.6 acres in the Seneca Industrial Park, right off W. Hallandale Beach Blvd. in Broward County. It features ESFR sprinkler, 42 loading docks, 24-foot clear heights and 41-foot column spacing.

Tom O’Loughlin and Devin White of CBRE teamed up with Chicago-based independent broker Anthony Burns in representing the tenant. Thomas Kresse, Benjamin Eisenberg, Walter Byrd and Carlos Gaviria of Transwestern represented the landlord, TIAA-CREF Investment Management LLC.
