Derek Federinko, a top-producing broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial Jenkins & Associates since 1998, has been joined by his son, Blake Federinko.
The younger Federinko, who became a licensed real estate agent in 2014, brings a keen business sense and desire to learn more about finance and investments to CBC. He attended Clark College, where he obtained his associate’s degree in business administration. After transferring to Washington State University, he received his bachelor’s degree in 2014 in finance, specializing in investment and market analysis.
On working with his father, Blake said that he has, "chosen to work with one of the best agents in the commercial real estate industry, my father. I’ve always looked up to my dad. This opportunity is a dream of mine fulfilled, and I look forward to learning from him while contributing to our future success."
Derek is understandably very proud that his legacy at CBC is being continued by Blake, and that his son, "has decided to be a part of this exciting industry! It’s difficult to put into words what an honor it is to have my son decide to follow in my footsteps. I have no doubt that he will become very successful in his endeavors," he added.
