FUNimation Productions Ltd., one of the largest independent home video entertainment companies, leased the entire 48,500-square-foot Building One at Corporate Ridge, a Champion Partners development in Flower Mound’s Lakeside Business District.
Flower Mound Mayor Jody Smith said, "Lakeside Business District was created with the goals of attracting quality companies, enhancing our tax base and creating jobs for our residents."
The four-building Corporate Ridge complex was completed last fall on 27 acres at the intersection of Lakeside Parkway and Gerault Road. The park is just north of International Parkway (FM 2499) two miles from the northern entrance to DFW International Airport.
Rick Medinis of NAI Robert Lynn represented Champion Partners, while Damian Rivera of Capstone Commercial represented FUNimation Entertainment. The tenant is currently at 6851 NE Loop 820 in North Richland Hills.
