Ernst & Young Tower Adds 2 New Tenants

Wells Fargo, Gilbane Building Co. Ink Deals at Office Development
April 10, 2013
The Ernst & Young Tower in downtown Cleveland, slated to open in June, has added two new tenants.

Wells Fargo will move to the third floor of the 18-floor office building at the Flats East Bank project, while Gilbane Building Co. plans to move to the 14th floor. The two tenants will occupy 30,000 square feet in the 550,000-square-foot property at 950 Main St.

Wells Fargo and Gilbane will join Ernst & Young, Tucker Ellis, CBRE and Northwestern Mutual in the new structure. The tower is the first building to open in the downtown project, which will include a 150-room Aloft Hotel, parking, restaurants and a riverfront boardwalk.

Brian Conroy and Scott Pick of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Wells Fargo, while Ryan Jeffers and Scott Halloran of CBRE represented Gilbane.
