Jones Lang LaSalle has added Wes Edwards and Landon Hinton in its Hampton Roads office. Both will join the firm's Deborah Stearns and Maureen Rooks in supporting Harbor Group International’s office portfolio in downtown Norfolk.
Edwards, who joins the firm as vice president, has 30 years of experience working with institutional owners on leasing, acquisition and development assignments involving numerous office and industrial properties throughout the Hampton Roads region. He holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation and is a member of the Hampton Roads Commercial Real Estate
Council, as well as the Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate.
Hinton joined the firm as an associate earlier this year. A recent graduate of Radford University, Hinton was previously affiliated with Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate.
Harbor Group selected Jones Lang LaSalle to handle the leasing for its entire four-building portfolio totaling approximately one million square feet, the first time the entire downtown Norfolk portfolio has been represented by a single firm.
