East Washington Place Signs 6 New Tenants

National Retailers Ink Deals at Regency Centers' Petaluma Project

Several national tenants signed leases in the new East Washington Place community shopping center in Petaluma, CA. The 380,000-square-foot, Target-anchored center is currently being developed by Regency Centers with an estimated delivery date of July of next year.

The newly signed tenants are: Dick's Sporting Goods with about 50,000 square feet, T.J. Maxx/Homegoods leasing nearly 46,000 square feet, Sprouts Grocery with approximately 25,000 square feet, Panera Bread leasing about 4,200 square feet, Subway taking nearly 1,300 square feet and Sift with about 1,000 square feet. Several other spaces are currently under negotiations. All but one of the anchor spaces are now leased.

Matt Kircher, John Schaefer and Katie Singer of Terranomics represented Regency. Thad Logan of Retail West represented T.J. Maxx, while Sprouts was represented by Steve Cutter of Lockehouse Retail Group.
