DynamicOps signed a 37,207-square-foot sublease at One Wall St. in Burlington, MA. The company will take over Openwave Systems’ former space on the second floor of the property.
The six-story, 192,000-square-foot office building was built in 1986 on a 6.78-acre parcel.
