Joel Shapiro Sells 25,000 SF for $7.1 Million

Dykes Lumber Company, Inc. acquired 43-10 10th St. in Long Island City, NY from Joel Shapiro for $7.1 million, or $284 per square foot.
The single-story, 25,000-square-foot industrial building was built in 1952 in the Northwest Queens Industrial submarket.
Decio Baio, Gary Blum and George Margaronis of Pinnacle Realty of New York LLC represented both sides of the deal.
