Durrell, Jochums Jump To CBRE in Bellevue

Kip Durrell and Jeff Jochums have left Cushman & Wakfield | Commerce to join CBRE Group in Bellevue. The two were named senior vice presidents and joined by Justin Johnson as a senior associate and Ashleigh Sundet as associate.

Jim Bowles, senior managing director with CBRE described the move as "a real coup for our organization," and said the team will have a significant impact on the market.

Durrell has worked with some of the region’s top tenants, including; Wells Fargo, General Electric, Ignition Partners, Berntson Porter and Company, and Puget Sound Energy. Jochums was instrumental in closing office transactions on behalf of Expedia, University of Washington, Inrix, Citrix Systems, and Proctor & Gamble, among others.
