Dunham's Sports inked a lease deal for 35,000 square feet at the Goldsboro Promenade in Goldsboro, NC. The Michigan-based sporting goods retailer plans to open its doors in fall 2014.
Dunham's will fully occupy the retail space
at 301 N. Berkeley Blvd., the former site of an Ashley Furniture and subsequently, for a brief period of time, a Chloe's Furniture.
Goldsboro Promenade was constructed in 2006 in the retail corridor of Goldsboro, about 50 miles southeast of Raleigh. The neighborhood center totals approximately 60,000 square feet and currently houses a Little Caesars, Fantastic Sam's and a freestanding Advance Auto Parts, according to CoStar information.
Reagan Crabtree of CBRE Raleigh negotiated the lease on behalf of the tenant. Drew Logan of The Shopping Center Group represented the owner.
