Duke Realty Renews Leases with Two Industrial Tenants in Chicagoland

Genera Corporation and Sysco Guest Supply Staying Put in DuPage County

Duke Realty Corp.’s Chicago office has signed a pair of its long-time tenants to extensions at two of the company's industrial properties in Chicagoland.

In Aurora, Genera has extended its full occupancy lease at 4220 Meridian Parkway, agreeing to a four-year extension at the 192,600-square-foot, single-story warehouse. a manufacturer and distributor of automotive replacement parts, Genera has occupied the complex since its completion in 2003, according to CoStar information.

In Carol Stream, hotel supplies provider Sysco Guest Supply agreed to a five-year extension for the company's 93,880-square-foot lease at Carol Stream 370, a 304,624-square-foot, single-story warehouse completed in 2002 at 370 Kimberly Drive.

Greg Nelson with Paladin Broker Services represented Genera in its lease renewal. Rob Tamillo with Jones Lang LaSalle represented Sysco in its transaction, while Kelly Disser with NAI Hiffman served as the listing broker for Duke Realty. Susan Bergdoll and Casey Baird represented Duke Realty in both transactions.
