Kevin Rogus and Brian Palmer have returned to the Cincinnati office of Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE: DRE
) in new capacities.
Rogus will become the new senior vice president of Duke Realty’s leasing and development team, effective May 2014. Palmer returns as leasing representative for industrial properties, effective April 2014.
Both Rogus and Palmer have worked in the Cincinnati market for numerous years. A 21-year industry veteran, Rogus relocated to Phoenix in 2006 to supervise the launching of the Phoenix Duke Realty branch, managing property development and leasing. While in Phoenix, Rogus developed a relationship with Amazon.com, which led to Duke Realty’s selection for several build-to-suit projects for the ecommerce company nationwide. Palmer, a veteran of Duke Realty, started his career in 2000 in construction operations. He later transferred to Washington, D.C. in 2009, where he was appointed director of preconstruction. He has been involved in more than eight million square feet of development and construction projects.
Rogus and Palmer both graduated from the University of Cincinnati. Palmer also earned an MBA from Indiana University.
Duke Realty is based out of Indianapolis and mainly handles industrial and office properties. To date, Duke Realty maintains an interest in or has under development approximately 152.6 million rentable square feet of industrial and office assets.
