Duke Realty Corp. (NYSE:
DRE), an industrial and office REIT, acquired an industrial building in the Crossroads Business Park in Bolingbrook, IL, from SC Crossroads Parkway Inc. for $10.7 million, or about $37 per square foot.
The Class A, 288,000-square-foot property is at 335 W. Crossroads Parkway in the Interstate 55 submarket. RTC Industries, a designer of retail marketing displays, recently occupied 190,080 square feet.
Bill Frain, Todd Lippman and Jim Whalen of CBRE represented the buyer, while Jeff Kapcheck of Colliers International represented the seller.
