Beth DuPont has rejoined Colliers International as an associate vice president in the firm's Portland, OR office. She will join Skip Rotticci (pictured, right) in the firm's newly-created multifamily group.
DuPont brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate
development and sales, with a focus on multifamily investments, student housing, senior living, and multifamily land. Throughout her career, DuPont has been involved in more than $500 million in real estate transactions and holds licenses in both Oregon and Washington.
"I am excited to rejoin Colliers during a vibrant and robust time for multifamily assets. Portland is attracting investors and continues to be a sustainable value growth add for clients," said DuPont. "With my focus on owners and investors of multifamily properties from 10 to 200 units, the opportunity to partner with Skip Rotticci, and the ability to leverage a national brokerage platform makes this a wonderful time to grow the multifamily practice at Colliers International Portland’s office."
DuPont most recently served as a principal broker at Winkler & DuPont, which handled portfolio management and investment sales across the multifamily sector. Between 2006 and 2010 she was a multifamily investment broker at Colliers in Portland. DuPont holds an Executive MBA from the University of Hawaii.
