Dollar Tree, a discount retailer with 4,400 stores throughout the U.S., opened a new location at the Shoppes at Willoughby Hills, at 27505 - 27845 Chardon Road in Willoughby Hills, OH. The tenant will occupy 9,000 square feet of
retail space in the center.
The Shoppes at Willoughby Hills is a 381,500-square-foot complex with tenants such as OfficeMax, Giant Eagle and Cinemark.
Robert McGovern of DDR, a national retail REIT based in Beachwood, handled the transaction for the landlord internally.
