The tenant has been in the building since at least 2004, and it occupies approximately three quarters of the total 20,750 square feet in the property. The remaining space is currently vacant. The structure at 12350 Pinecrest is one of four buildings at the 83,000-square-foot Reston Business Campus.
Distributed Solutions signed the long-term lease renewal after visiting other options in the Herndon and Reston areas. The company was able to negotiate a favorable deal in order to remain in the space.
David Colvin was the in-house representative for the landlord, First Potomac Realty Trust, while the tenant was represented by the Ezra Co. team of Gene Martin and Damon Rothman.
