Aurora, CO-based REIT ProLogis is poised to start construction on its seven-building, master-planned ProLogis Park 20/35 development in Lancaster. Building 3 has already broken ground as the first building going up at the Houston School Road park.
The 3.3 million-square-foot industrial complex will offer access to IH 35 East, 20/635 and IH 45. This site has Triple Freeport Exemption and is also a Foreign Trade Zone with Mexico.
The 650,000-square-foot Building 3 is slated to finish construction in first quarter of next year. The second largest of the seven buildings slated for the park, it marketed for users needing 30,000 to 650,000 square feet. Joe Rudd with ProLogis is responsible for leasing at the park.
