Developers Name CBRE to Market 1.7M-SF Speculative Industrial Park in Erlanger

Bldg. I Underway at Erlanger Commerce Center
February 23, 2018
Mike Lowe, Jeremy Kraus, Tim Schenke and Doug Whitten of CBRE have been named as the leasing contacts to exclusively market the 1.7 million-square-foot speculative Erlanger Commerce Center industrial park at the intersection of interstates 75 and 275 in Erlanger, KY.

The developers, Dallas-based Hillwood partnered with Cincinnati-based Al. Neyer, revealed plans for the Erlanger Commerce Center last year.

Building I has broken ground earlier this month. The single-story industrial facility will have a 36-foot clear height, 80 dock doors, up to 159 trailer parking spaces and will total 779,720 square feet. Building II is slated to break ground in the fourth quarter of this year, and it will also have a 36-foot clear height, 96 dock doors, 188 parking spaces and will total more than 1 million square feet.

Erlanger Commerce Center is being developed at the former Showcase Cinema site, which is less than five miles from the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport.

“It’s difficult to find an industrial opportunity in our region that offers this much developable land and outstanding proximity,” says Dan Ruh, Al. Neyer’s executive vice president.
