Developer Pays $4.7M for Wilmington Land

NNP-Briar Chapel acquired 311.34 acres in Wilmington, NC, where it plans to construct residential developments. Cameron Properties LP and Five Star Group LLC sold the vacant land for approximately $4.67 million or $15,000 per acre.
The parcel is on the northeast corner of Andrews Store Road and Southeast Manns Chapel Road. Details about the proposed development were not disclosed.
