Healthcare Trust of America (HTA), Inc. has closed on the $14.1 million acquisition of the Des Peres Medical Arts Pavilion located at 2315 Dougherty Ferry Rd in Des Peres, MO.
The Rendina Companies sold the 48,000-square-foot, class A medical office facility at just below $294 per square foot. The property is located west of Interstate 270 in the Manchester submarket of St. Louis. The multi-tenant building, constructed in 2007, is approximately 96 percent occupied.
There were no brokers involved in this direct deal.
