A 177,500-square-foot Super Target will officially anchor Debartolo Development's Mountain Vista Marketplace, located on 78 acres at U.S. 60 & Signal Butte Road in Mesa, AZ. The mixed-use development will feature a 730,000-square-foot regional power center, as well as 300 hotel rooms. It is adjacent to a new residential and office development, which Debartolo also has a hand in. Phase One, at 375,000 square feet, is under construction and expected to deliver Fall 2008, the Super Target is expected to open March 2009.
The tenant list includes Harkins movie theatre, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Marshall’s, Petco, Shoe Carnival, Anna’s Linens, Taco Ball, Bank of America, Cracker Barrel, Burger King, and more. A Mervyn's may also be on the list.
Ed Beeh and Dan Neeson at Staubach's Phoenix office are the leasing agents for the center.
