Colliers International added Scott DeMyer as the new senior vice president in its landlord services group.
In his new role, DeMyer will focus on leasing high-profile properties in the Atlanta market. He will begin working on The Carriage Works, a three-building, 145,000-square-foot loft office property in Midtown West listed on the National Register of Historic Places. DeMyer will also focus on leasing the 200 Ashford Center North in the Central Perimeter office market and on town properties in Buckhead.
DeMyer worked as vice president of office leasing from 2006 to 2013 for Resource Real Estate Partners, which would later be acquired by CBRE. He left CBRE as a senior associate, and before joining Resource Real Estate Partners served as vice president at Stafford Properties.
DeMyer is a graduate of Louisville University and currently serves as a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties as well as the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors.
