DTZ Taps Woodrow as Head of Global Occupier Services, Americas

Former Head of Central Region To Lead GOS Group

DTZ, a Chicago-based global real estate adviser, appointed Martin Woodrow as its head of global occupier services, Americas (GOS). He will report directly to Steven Quick, chief executive of global occupier services in Chicago.

Woodrow heads up a 16,500-member division charged with supporting DTZ's long-range global strategies and delivering corporate real estate services to large-scale corporate clients, supporting more than 1,800 transactions totaling 150 million square feet per year.

A 22-year industry veteran, Woodrow previously supervised GOS' America's transaction management and information management service lines, as well as coordinated best practices in account management. He is the former head of the Central region and over the past year has been expanding his role, managing the delivery of a wide array of services to DTZ's main clients.

Woodrow earned a bachelor's degree in architecture and engineering and a Master's Degree in construction engineering from the University of Michigan.
