Czarnowski Display Services Inc. signed a 569,673-square-foot long-term deal at Hartman Business Center in Austell, GA.
The Chicago-based company, which focuses on assisting companies market their services and products at trade shows, will be the only occupant in the building.
Completed in 2008, the single-story structure at 7545 Hartman Industrial Way is on 44.9 acres in the Interstate 20 West/Douglasville Industrial submarket.
