Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer expanded its office platform in Raleigh with the addition of Jordan Betz to senior vice president where he will head up the office landlord representation group.
Betz comes to Cushman & Wakefield Thalhimer from Spectrum Properties, where he spent the last seven years as a director of leasing. During that time, Betz led the leasing and marketing efforts for a 2.6 million-square-foot institutional office/flex/lab portfolio in the Raleigh-Durham Research Triangle.
"Jordan is an integral part of our continued growth teaming with our Property Management and Capital Markets industry leaders to expand our market share throughout the Raleigh/Durham area," said John Kelly, a senior vice president with the firm.
Betz is a graduate of the University of Georgia.
