Todd Weinstein has joined the Richmond office of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer as senior vice president in the Capital Markets Group where he will lead the firm's multifamily advisory business throughout Central Virginia and Hampton Roads.
With more than 10 years of experience in multifamily investment sales, Weinstein has been involved in multifamily dispositions totaling more than $3 billion and represented such clients as Aimco, Archstone-Smith, C-III Capital Partners, Equity Residential, Pantzer Properties, and Principal Global Investors, among others.
After earning an MBA from Vanderbilt University, Weinstein spent three years with Archstone-Smith before shifting his focus to a multifamily investment sales with CBRE and most recently Jones Lang LaSalle.
