Cushman and Wakefield has promoted Ben Brenner to director. He will serve out of the firm's Morristown office, becoming its youngest director in the state of New Jersey.

"As a director, he will continue to expand his client base and focus to a greater extent on corporations with a national and global footprint."
Brenner has been named a Normandy Real Estate Parnters' Broker of the Year, and was part of the team that garnered NAIOP New Jersey's Creative Deal of the Year. Among his other honors, Brenner was named Cushman & Wakefield's Associate Director of the Year in 2013.
Along with being a constant top producer in his peer group, Brenner is an active member of the New Jersey Chapter of the US Green Building Council, and is the founder and president of Phi Sigma Kappa freternity's 370-member Tri-State Alumni Association.
