Cushman & Wakefield has promoted Steve Baker to the role of executive director and Matthew Lisk (pictured, right) to the role of senior director.
Baker, based in the Stamford, CT office specializes in tenant representation and originally joined the company in 1988. He worked at the company's world headquarters in New York City for three years in the late 1990's. In 2000 and 2006, he received the company's "Service of Excellence" award, given to individuals in the New York Metropolitan area for providing clients with the highest level of customer service. Over the years, Baker has consistently ranked among the company's "Top 100" brokers.
Lisk specializes in tenant and landlord representation for the Westchester County market from the firm's White Plains, NY office. He has completed more than 100 lease transactions over the past year, representing tenants such as Byram Healthcare, Morgan Stanley and Evolution Markets. In 2007 he received the tri-state Top Producing Associate Award and in 2010 he was recognized by the Westchester County with a "Forty Under Forty, Rising Stars" award.
