Cushman and Wakefield, one of the world's largest privately held
commercial real estate firms, recently announced the expanision of its Mid-Atlantic operations by locating a new office in Harrisburg, PA.
"The opening of the new office fits right in line with the company's strategic growth initiative," said John Derham, senior managing director and market leader of Cushman & Wakefield of Pennsylvania. Derham also said the new office is needed to serve the recent growth in the Harrisburg submarket and the I-81 corridor , which is the fastest growing market in the state, according to C&W.
The new office will be staffed by the brokerage team of Gerry Blinebury, Leah Balerno, Patrick McBride and Adam Campbell, which currently represents more than 15 million square feet of property for sale or lease in Eastern PA.
