New York-Based Firm Selects Dallas/Fort Worth Market Leader for National Position

Cushman & Wakefield appointed Steve Everbach to leader of the company's U.S. agency leasing.
Everbach will maintain his current responsibilities as a market leader for the firm's Dallas/Fort Worth office while taking on the additional duties that come with his new role, namely leading Cushman & Wakefield's national agency leasing service platform.
In 2012, Everbach was part of the acquisition team that transitioned and integrated more than 120 employees and approximately 12 million square feet of agency leasing and property management business in the Dallas and Atlanta markets from Cousins Properties. As a result of the acquisition, professionals associated with the purchase secured an additional seven million square feet of Class A property.
Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Everbach headed up the agency leasing and property management operations in the Dallas/Fort Worth area for JLL. He also previously served as the managing director of asset services at Cushman & Wakefield from 1997-2001, restructuring and expanding the division into the best performing asset services region in the company in 2000.
