Eva Marie Santiago has joined Cushman & Wakefield as a director in the firm's Midtown Manhattan office.
Formerly a vice president of retail corporate services at Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Santiago brings a wealth of experience in retail strategy and development. She was responsible for devising and implementing marketing and leasing strategies for retail developments while serving as liaison to corporate executives at BCG Partners and Cantor Fitzgerald.
Santiago also worked with The Blackstone Group's Equity Office portfolio, economic and business development for the Times Square Alliance, the Montclair Economic Development Corporation, and as a senior financial analyst for Mayor Bloomberg's office of management and budget.

A graduate of the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Santiago holds a bachelor's degree in education policy and a Master's degree in public policy, management finance from The New School University. She is a member of REBNY and ICSC.
