Cushman & Wakefield has hired Robert Yoshimura, Joseph Hill, Jr. and Bruce Gordon (pictured, right) in the firm's Philadelphia office.
Yoshimura and Hill will join the capital markets team of Karen Iman and Doug Joseph, and will focus on expanding the company's investment sales presence across all asset types in the region. Gordon will focus on expanding the firm's industrial property management portfolio with Missy Quinn.
The trio was previously at Flynn Company, a prominent owner, developer and operator of commercial real estate
. All three were top producers in the Philadelphia region.

Yoshimura will serve as an executive director. He formerly served on the board of advisors at Onex Real Estate Partners, and is an expert in economic and financial analysis of commercial real estate. He has sold or financed more than $3.5 billion in transactions across his career.
Hill joins Cushman as a senior director. He has 26 years of industry experience, and has been involved in the sale of more than $2 billion across all property types in the past decade. He has a background in appraisal services and financial analysis.
Gordon is joining the corporate occupier and investor services group at Cushman as a managing director. At Flynn he was responsible for more than 25 million square feet of institutionally owned warehouse and distribution space.
