Weeks after announcing the appointments of Robert B. Richards and Michael Joyce, Cushman & Wakefield has added two more former Transwestern RBJ professionals to its Boston office.

Thomas D. Ashe will join the Downtown leasing group as executive director. He graduated from Boston College in 1996 and began his career in real estate at RBJ after working at Oxford Global Technologies. Since launching this portion of his career, Ashe has specialized in landlord and tenant representation and earned several Commercial Brokers Association awards.

Robert L. Byrne, also a Boston College alum, will join Cushman as a managing director, specializing in Boston’s south and central 128 suburban markets. He primarily focuses on tenant and landlord representation of leasing office, flex and industrial space. Byrne brings years of experience from his time at Transwestern RBJ and is an active member of the Commercial Brokers Association.
